ESTABLISHMENT BRANCH

The Establishment Department deals with personal files of all the staff under the Shillong Municipality Board. Its main functions is to deal with all personal matters such as establishment orders like appointment, promotion, leave, leave encashment, increment, inter departmental transfer. It also keeps record of the employees in the form of Gradation list so as to update itself with the status of each employee.
